Cops Looting?

On CNN, they are reporting that a few bad cops were found to be looting and soon they will face the music.

I have found undeniable proof.

This is a hilarious video of a news reporter who found two cops stealing shoes in Wal-Mart and the reporter was sarcastically questioning them about it.
